Charming Home with Spectacular Views - NEW!

Positive: An amazing, well-equipped, and spacious home - a dream house indeed. The house sits above the touristy central area, with an impressive view of the harbor. It is located on a hill above the city center, so you will need comfortable shoes and a bit of fitness to reach it on foot. We discovered that the funicular has a middle station very close to the house for anyone who finds it difficult to walk up from the city center. We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed the house! Negative: The stairs leading down to the lower floor are a bit shaky

Great location in a compact city. Easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit. Positive: The house is just like the pictures. Fabulous views and having a private on site carpark is a luxury in Bergen. High enough up the hill to have great views over the lake and Harbour but tot too high.

Lovely family stay in Bergen apt with a view Positive: Spacious, bright and well equipped home with great views. We had everything we needed to cook a few meals. with great views. Parking was useful and the teens enjoyed the smart TV. The host was responsive We had a great stay Negative: You are in the hills, it’s nearby town by recommend for people and families that can manage the stairs and hills. The room in the basement can get humid but dehumidifier helped with that.

Wonderful, spacious and well-equipped accommodation with fantastic views Positive: The property was very spacious with wonderful views over Bergen. Of course, because it had such wonderful views this meant there was a steep climb up to the property but although a short taxi ride would have avoided this, we always chose to do it on foot. The bed in the master room was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in. There are some quite challenging steps down to the master suite, especially for people of a certain age but here again, ultimately we did not find this problematic. The accommodation is extremely well equipped and communication with the hosts was excellent.
