Positive: Labai patogi vieta, netoli centro ir lankytinų objektų. Didelis butas, trys lovos po 2 vietas. Erdvus vonios kambarys. Dideli langai su užuolaidomis, pakankamai indų.
Negative: Pritrūkome kėdžių prie pietų stalo. Taip pat būtų patogu prie lovų turėti lentynėles rūbams pasidėti ir šildytuvą rankšluosčiams pasidžiauti. Bet tai tik papildomo komforto poreikis. Ypatingų trūkumų nėra.
