Bergen Beds Apartments – A Front Row Experience!

If you have other choices consider them instead of here. Positive: Location. It was in the city center where is close to famous bergen houses. Negative: The communication with staff was a complete disappointment. We asked to have an early check in and we stated that we requested them to make a bed in the living room. Not only they didnt make our requests happen (which is understandable) they didnt reply back. The replied back like the day after we checked out. Sofa and bed was not really comfortable to sleep. The bathroom didn't have a shampoo either.

Positive: Location Negative: Unfortunately, this apartment was very poor value for money, especially considering the high price. The location was excellent, but the apartment itself was not up to the standard I would expect. The whole apartment had a very strong and unpleasant smell of feet, which made the stay uncomfortable. The sofa bed was essentially a pull-out couch and was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with barely any basic supplies provided. There was a washing machine but nowhere to hang clothes afterwards. The blinds did not cover the full windows, so light came in throughout the night, and the heating did not seem to work particularly well. The hot water also ran out after around three showers, which was inconvenient for three guests. The building itself felt old and rather damp, and overall the apartment did not feel particularly comfortable or well maintained. Staff were available to come and inspect the issues, which I appreciated, but the apartment should have been properly prepared before our arrival. Overall, the location was the only real positive. Given the price, I felt I significantly overpaid for what was provided.

Bellissimo soggiorno a Bergen Positive: Posizione pazzesca in pieno centro. Casa bella, ben arredata, con tutto il necessario. Cucina ben attrezzata, lavastoviglie presente. Bagno comodo. Letti comodi, comodo anche il divano letto in sala. Self check in perfetto. Negative: Forse sarebbe utile mettere le tende oscuranti anche nella sala.

Great location Positive: Great central location - couldn’t have been better situated. Negative: Hadn’t realised apartment was on 1st floor above a wine bar - so although not too noisy with music etc, spill out noise on the street at 1 and 2am did impact us.
