You're on your own. Positive: Nice balcony with a view Negative: Playing "where's Waldo" to get the keys to the building was insane - when we texted, they gave us the wrong code number. Rude & Unhelpful staff. Showed very little concern for us as guests. They didn't leave keys for garbage disposal bins, we were told to just keep it on the balcony. The smell from the seafood shells made it impossible to sit on the balcony after the 2nd day.

Lovely apartment in ideal location for a wonderful day in Bergen Positive: What a wonderful apartment … great location easy to get to everywhere , very well equipped , clean, comfortable and with a lovely terrace . We needed to contact the owners on a couple of occasions and got excellent service Negative: We couldn’t fault it .. there was a problem getting in when we got there but that was easily resolved

Positive: Wonderfull apartment. It was very nice, modern and clean. The location was great, having a grocery store next door as well as eateries nearby. We were able to walk to nearby attractions. Negative: Clearer instructions on accessing the building as well as instructions on how to operate appliances.
