Need some improvement to make it value for money. Positive: Location is excellent and kitchen is now and well equipped Negative: I do not think it should be sold as a 2 bedroom BnB. How can the second room looks more like a utility room and to access it needs to walk into the toilet. The second bedroom also has no lock, making guests feeling uncomfortable. Also. All the drawers in the two rooms are not well fixed and not useable. Second room is also small and able to open luggage. Also, no TV.

Super appart, super séjour Positive: -emplacement (5min à pied du centre, avec boutiques, restaurants, supermarché). -très joli, on s’y sent bien. -literie agréable. -bien équipé (lave linge notamment). Negative: -peu de rangement pour les affaires. -codes à l’entrée un peu casse pied (si vous n’avez pas de mémoire comme moi, il va falloir l’écrire quelques part…).

Super localisation ds Bergen, tout près de tous les centre d intérêt . Très propre, et arrivée et départ très bien organ Positive: Super bien placé ds le centre , procédure d arrivée hyper claire , tout est expliqué sur un lien que le proprio envoie . Negative: Rien

The Location was great. In principle the apartment was comfortable and clean . Positive: Breakfast not included. Negative: would have liked a welcome pack of tea, coffee and milk. We were given incorrect information re the keys. We expected them to be in a key lock box ...they were not. Obviously the system changed to a door code, but we were not advised. It was late in the evening when we arrived . Fortunately other residents were around to help us contact the hosts(our mobiles were out of battery) Also there was a requirement for us to put out the rubbish into the central collection bins, which required an entry key which we did not have. So we had to leave the rubbish in the apartment. Other things to note: The desk in one of the bedrooms was not securely attached to the wall and it collapsed! I felt there was a bit of clutter in the lounge room...pieces of furniture that had no purpose and placed in a corner, as was cleaning equipment . vacuum etc. We were not asked to clean the apartment , so seemed surplus. There was a lot of cleaning materials left in the bathroom, more than you would need for 1 apartment, so it felt like it was a storage area! and impacted the overall ambience. There were no instructions on how to use the dishwasher or the oven/cooker. I did manage to work out the cooker, but not the dishwasher. Other places I have stayed in provide some basic maps and tourist information. There was nothing like that in the apartment .
