Colorful Apartment - Right next to Grieghallen!

Nice apartment, but the host was unresponsive and made no attempt to make things easier for us. Positive: Apartment was well located, quiet, well equipped, mostly clean, warm and had comfortable beds. 2 floors up with no elevator but we knew that going in. There was some tea and coffee and sugar and other staples. Negative: Had to hike two blocks from the apartment in the rain to get to the lockbox. Unclear why it could not be at the building. Building Regulations? We were 2 couples and it was a two bedroom apartment but only one set of keys in the lockbox. Messaged host about this but got no response for 2.5 days. Escalated to booking.com, still no response. It was clear host was ignoring our messages as when he did ask how things were going he said nothing about the keys. When he did acknowledge the question he said there was only one set. Really?!? There *are* locksmiths in Bergen. The non stick frying pans were ruined and need to be replaced as they are dangerous. Many of the towels were stained. There were instructions for mandatory discarding of the trash that referred to a chip on the keychain and a trash chute, neither of which existed. Had to hike two blocks to a public trash bin. We asked the host where the purported trash chute was, he never told us. Leaving, we had a 4:30pm ferry so asked for late check out but he said he didn’t know when the cleaning crew would get there (really?!) so refused.
