Comfy studio apartment 200m from bryggen

Positive: The apartment was very close to Bryggen, everything was in a walking distance. Negative: I overlooked the information the host provided about getting into the property. Before arrival I asked about the entrance codes from the host but was directed to booking.com. Couldn't get in contact with an agent before we got there. We called booking customer service but was told that they cannot contact the host. I tried that as well, and eventually I got the codes. It was the middle of the night so my patiance was lacking there. I sent an email to booking.com that we were able to get in, but in the morning I got a message from them that they cancelled our booking for us and we are welcome to choose a different one. Eventually we weren't kicked out, noone responded to us so I contacted the property handler and payed them for the accomodation directly (with the cancellation, booking.com has refunded the cost of the apartment). This was a very confusing situation. The bed in the apartment was very narrow (120cm or less), we couldn't sleep very well.

Positive: Location was the best ,the host was excellent, helpfull and kept in touch .sought out any problem we had

Positive: Super Lage, sauber und modern eingerichtet! Negative: 140cm Bettbreite war für uns zu unbequem.
